I started making beaded jewelry about 2 years ago. I kind of taught myself and at first I didn't know what I was doing. But over time I've learned some techniques (like the best kind of wire to use, how to attach a clasp securely, etc.) and now I've really gotten into making necklaces. There is something very therapeutic about stringing beads onto a wire. And I think it's really fun mixing colors and making patterns. I finished this necklace up just last night. Bright green seed beads, navy blue seed beads, and white glass beads. 2 strands with a round bead on the bottom center. Silver clasp.
